Hotel front desk immediately made you feel welcome and explained everything well. Italian restaurant on ground floor provided a very good free continental breakfast. Coffee, juice, fruit/muesli bowl and toast jam. There is a fair amount of noise that comes into the room from the restaurant up until midnight, so take ear plugs and you won’t notice it.

They Need a Security Guard ASAP : on my first night , i had a HORRIBLE encounter , i was getting put of my room and some random Dude aproach me asking we ( who was she with ?) he was knoking on some empty room , then he grab me hard by the arm and pushed me towards him asking me millions of questions i had to yell in the top of my lungs for him to let me go , finally i go down and tell the lobby employee and they were so numb about it , too slow to re act finally they call the cops and Arrested the Individual. they need more awareness and either a sec guard or a better entry system !! that was a very scary experience !!!

Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern völlig ungeeignet. Wer am frühen Abend mit den Kleinkindern einen ruhigen Abend haben möchte, ist hier völlig fehl am Platz. Das Hotel hat im eigenen Innenbereich ein Restaurant, was an sich schon sehr laut ist. Die Geräuschkulisse hallt hoch bis in die Nacht hinein. Hinzukommt das Restaurant nebenan, welches jeden Abend Live-Musik hat. Hinzukommen noch die Street-Perfomances, welche vor dem Restaurant stoppen. Insgesamt wird man von Geräuschen jeglicher Art ( Tellerklappern, Musik, gröllende Gespräche, Trommeln von Musikern, etc.) abends bis spät nonstop beschallt. Wenn man ohne Kinder reist ist das Hotel sicher eine gute Wahl. Das Nachtleben ist quasi vor der Tür. Wir konnten leider die Reservierung nicht mehr stornieren aufgrund der Storno-Bedingungen. Dennoch haben wir versucht eine konstruktive Lösung zu finden. Der Hotel-Manager selbst war nicht vor Ort, so dass Expedia nur anfragen konnte. Das wurde leider abgelehnt vom Hotel-Manager. In der Hotelbeschreibung konnten wir keinen Hinweis zur direkt angrenzenden Geräuschkulisse finden. Wer noch nie in Plsya del Carmen war, kann das nicht einschätzen. Zum inkludierten Frühstück noch eine Anmerkung. Es gibt nur Toast mit Butter und Erdbeermarmelde. Dazu ein kleinen Obstteller mit einem kleinen Saft und Kaffee. Es gibt keinen zweiten Kaffee. Wer mehr Hunger hätte, muss aus dem Menü bestellen.

Aprovechado y ventajosos

Desde mi llegada me pidieron un depósito por $1000, que nunca lo anticipan en políticas o reglamentos antes de reservar, mucho ruido, toallas viejas y no te regresan el depósito, me descontaron $250 de lavado de unas toallas viejas, todo porque mostraba manchas del deslave de tinte de cabello, que realmente fue absurdo puesto que en toallas blancas o por higiene deben lavarse con blanqueador y no haber tema, pero aprovechan para “ cobrarte el disque desayuno de cortesía” cuidado!! Ademas no descansas bien porque el restaurante abajo es muy ruidoso 12 pm y muy temprano se escucha el ruido de mesas y vasos en preparativos. No es un lugar feo, pero tomen sus precauciones.
