"Lo peor nunca más 45 minutos para el buffet poder comer una vez que entra la comida súper mala demasiadas personas yo le doy 2 estrellas las piscinas están en muy mal estado con huecos en el fondo no hay nada que hacer por la noche porque no tiene show y mucho menos discoteca nunca más en esta propiedad no botes tu dinero"

"The Hyatt Vivid was fabulous!!! This was our first time there… we have visited other resorts in the past 15 yrs, we’ve been to the El Dor…, The Valen….. Imp…, The Ri. Pa…, and I will say, we really loved the atmosphere at the Vivid. Food and drinks were great! The staff was on point.. especially Roberto by the pool (5 Stars for him!) Fonzi and Ezekiel were amazing bartenders!!!! We loved the activities and the entertainment by the pool during the day and the shows at night were Amazing!!!!! Fifth Avenue was just a 2 minute walk which we always visit and it was so nice not to have to get a taxi to get there. The entire resort was emaculate and so easy and convenient to get around. The rooms were huge, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the ac kept us cool at night, ( usually an issue at other resorts) We enjoyed the mixture of all ages ( no kids) there! We will definitely be back for sure!!! The Vivid did not disappoint!!"

Paradisus Playa del Carmen – Riviera Maya - All Inclusive

"We stayed at Paradisus Playa del Carmen and overall had a great experience, especially for families with kids. We arrived around 12:30pm after an early flight and were exhausted, but unfortunately had to wait over 3 hours for our room. That was definitely a rough start, especially since we were tired and ready to settle in. We were traveling with almost 4 year old twins. We booked a swim-out room and the first one we were assigned was disappointing. It was in a shaded corner and didn’t have a lounger like many of the other swim-outs. Thankfully, the staff was very accommodating and moved us to another room that was much better and made a huge difference in our stay. The service throughout the resort was outstanding. Everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and attentive. The kids’ amenities and activities were over the top and one of the biggest highlights of the trip. If you’re traveling with children, this resort really shines. They checked on us constantly which made us feel well taken care of. The pools could have been a little cleaner at times and the beach was honestly the biggest downside. There was extreme seaweed both on the beach and in the water, and the smell was pretty unpleasant. That said, we understand that’s nature and not something the resort can fully control. Despite a few hiccups, we had a very enjoyable stay and would absolutely return — especially with the twins."

"Overall, we had a great experience in regards to what the resort had to offer. We enjoyed all our meals, the pools, the shows, but most of all the newly renovated rooms! However, be weary of seaweed season! It completely engulfed the beach, smelled of rotten eggs, and we were not allowed to dip in. Nonetheless, that is not a fault of the resort but the season."

"The hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. However, the rooms were outdated and we didn't get enough towels for the family we had to request them. The buffet is average, I was hoping for more authentic mexican variety. The beach, pools and overall property itself is amazing and the family really enjoyed their time."

"Transportation was awful. One from my party slipped on a spilled liquid in lobby. It was reported to Citlalli and they seemed to careless. Wanted to document in case of fracture and they made a call and said no manager was available."
