"They were friendly and the place was clean all the time . They have a restaurant uptairs with good food . The buffet breakfast was good. The customer service was amazingly helpful. Also they have taxi serice all the time making it easy to go around . The room were big clean everyday .love it wonderful place . The location of the place is a plus around in the street you will find a mall banks restaurants so its a good choice."

The perfect location, right down town for impromptu exploring but also with plenty of events and activoties if you plan on staying in the resort as well.
The food was delicious, rooms were clean and the staff was fantastic. Entertainment was fun and varied as well.

"It’s so nice to stay at this resort with so many animals, birds and lush flora and fauna. We paid for the added basic all inclusive Xcaret for our stay. Everyday we would spend a few hours at Xcaret, head back to the resort for lunch and beach and snorkeling. Always plenty to see and do with the resort and Xcaret."
