Treasure Island, as with many resorts, offers world-class entertainment and its big-name attractions include the Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. exhibit and the Mystére by Cirque du Soleil show. The resort offers a 95,000-square-foot casino and 18 restaurants, cocktail lounges, and bars. A tram connects the casino to the Fashion Show Mall and Grand Canal Shoppes.
Amenities include high-speed internet, a full spa and salon, a swimming pool with poolside cocktails, cabanas, and plenty of other attractions. Room service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's also a short trip to Red Rock Canyon.
About Treasure Island
Treasure Island opened in 1993 and featured its namesake pirate show in front of the resort. The original idea focused on family entertainment with the pirate attraction and an arcade. It has since grown to a full-fledged spa, casino, and resort experience geared towards adults. It features 2,884 rooms, 95,000 square feet of gaming space.
Over the years, several different pirate-themed live shows have been held to promote the resort. The last of these closed in 2013. Today the big spectacle attractions are Cirque du Soleil performances and a Marvel-themed attraction, the retail-themed Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N.
Good to know about Treasure Island
Treasure Island allows service animals but is not generally a pet-friendly hotel and casino. It's best to leave your four-legged family friends at home unless they're a certified service animal. The rooms are secure and many have safes included to lock up your valuables. High-speed internet is also available to guests and visitors. Parking is available to guests and casino visitors.
The resort is non-smoking; there are no smoking rooms available. The resort is disability accessible with wheelchairs and electric scooters available to rent and more than 70 rooms built for disability access. Lift equipment is available in the outdoor pool.
