Margate Beach is a beautiful, wide beach southwest of Atlantic City, New Jersey, that is family-friendly and generally not overcrowded, making for a serene, pleasant experience. Beach inspectors ensure that the beach is as safe and accessible for everyone as possible.

Beach Badges are required for visiting the beach from the third week in June to Labour Day, except on “Thrilling Thursdays,” and are sold starting April 1 at the Martin Bloom Community Pavilion as well as at The Municipal Building. Badges are free for the military and can also be reserved through the post and picked up at a later time.
