Hollywood & Highland is a massive shopping and dining hub in Hollywood. The complex gets its name from its location on the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and North Highland Avenue. Positioned right next to the world-famous Walk of Fame and TCL Chinese Theatre, the mall is an excellent place for first-time visitors to start their Hollywood adventure.

The multilevel complex contains over 60 shops, superb restaurants, and the Dolby Theatre, home of the Oscars. For retail lovers, the mall is a shopping-spree dream come true. You could spend hours window-shopping, trying on clothing or buying gifts for special ones. But remember that it's a popular tourist destination. What are the highlights of Hollywood & Highland?

While Hollywood & Highland is essentially a shopping mall, there are fun entertainment attractions you can enjoy, too. On the north side of the mall is the state-of-the-art Dolby Theatre. Besides the annual Academy Awards, the theatre hosts touring Broadway shows, film premieres, and live music performances. Get an insider's peek of the glamorous venue on a guided tour. You'll visit a VIP room, see the Oscar statuette, and admire images from previous ceremonies. Tours are available daily, starting every 30 minutes between 10.30 am and 4 pm.

Underneath the mall, you'll find Lucky Strike Live. With modern lighting and sounds, gastropub food and weekly live music, the bowling alley attracts a trendy crowd. And it's not only the big-name retailers and swanky venues that draw visitors. The design of Hollywood & Highland centres around the Hollywood Sign in the Hollywood Hills, so you'll have plenty of moments to take photos or selfies of the icon. Find out how big (or small) your favourite actor's footprints and handprints are at the TCL Chinese Theatre. Buy a movie ticket or join a guided tour of the iconic pagoda-style complex.
