Coors Field is the home of the Colorado Rockies Major League Baseball team and also offers space for a variety of private events. It has been a staple of Denver culture since it was erected in 1995. It's said that a baseball travels 9 percent farther at 5,280 feet than at sea level, and Coors Field is the place to see that for yourself.
On top of being a main part of City centre Denver, the stadium is home to a multitude of tasty dining options, a sustainable garden, and multiple historic pieces of art. Come for the Rockies game and get so much more at Coors Field.

A brief history of Coors Field in Denver
Opening in 1995 in Denver’s LoDo area, Coors Field made a name for itself right off the bat. The Rockies had already started playing in 1993 at Mile High Stadium but moved to their very own field just 2 years later. Aside from Rockies games, the stadium has also hosted numerous other events, including 2 MLB All-Star games and even an outdoor hockey game.
If you’re visiting Coors Field for one of the Rockies games, you have a pretty high chance of taking home a flyball for your collection. This field is also known as a hitter’s park because of the thin, arid air.
