"The View is the best , we travel to Tulum for three times, the hotel located a beautiful spot , we stays 4days . Room view is fantastic, we stay at 2nd floor, you can see the sun rise and beautiful ocean views even you lay on the bed ! The only thing is not there is the coffee, and breakfast first two day is ok, you will get bored with it after second morning. The stuff are very friendly. Room is ok, it is a little bit tiny,if you travel family with two teen, or it is ok ! "

"La Conchita is one of the nicest places we've stayed at. The room was large with a bed and sofa/seat as well as a lovely patio area with an amazing view. The bed was super comfy and the location was excellent, just steps from the beach as well as some really nice restaurants. The only slight negatives were that the floors felt a little bit sticky and the shower wasn't very powerful but that would definite not stop me from staying here again."
