We had a wonderful time at the Biwa Tulum! They did a two bedroom full kitchen unit I was perfect everything was super clean! Cannot say enough about the staff!!! They were all so friendly and helpful! The location is perfect for downtown Tulum walking distance to so many bars restaurants! Will definitely stay here again!

Casa Don Diego is a wonderful place to stay in now-overgrown Tulum. It is easy walking distance from the main strip and lots of restaurants and shops. Yet it is far enough away to be quiet and tranquil. The pool and grounds are lovely. The breakfast each morning is fresh and delicious. Stay at this well-run, comfortable hotel.
Expedia and Pacha Tulum Boutique Hotel are really in sync. I booked and fifteen minutes later we arrived and our room was available. We got free upgrade! Rodrigo was very thorough, welcoming, friendly and helpful.
We loved everything about this hotel. We love sitting in the patio in the morning drinking organic coffee. Great staff, GREAT ambiance. The only thing bad I can say is that it's pretty far away from the beach.
We had a great stay at Cielo Maya. Located right on the beach with a pier and some hammocks. Also has a pool and some swinging chairs. Breakfast was included and great considering all the options. Rooms are a little dated without any USB ports but otherwise clean and very comfortable for the price. We were also able to rent a car directly from the hotel which was a great benefit and helped us a lot with day trips to other Mayan ruins and a beautiful lagoon. After a nightmare of events with a double booking (NOT the resort’s fault- thank you, Gabrielle for helping sort out that mess), we had the time of our lives! I’ve been to Tulum before and was eager to explore more - I was not disappointed!
This hotel is located in the perfect spot- close to tons of restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment. We had room #21 and the view was breathtaking. Private balcony on the beach with incredible sunrises! The bar and food are great, too!

The hotel seem brand new and quite modern. The staff was super friendly. A pot of coffee was waiting early in the morning. I rented a bicycle from the front desk to get around the area. [Note: The map provided by the expedia website is wrong. The hotel is actually on the corner of Asteroides and Osiris.]
Outstanding!! Can’t say how great this place is. I’ll try…..Roof top pool with city view. Full kitchen with extras. Hot tub!! But the best is the management. Responsive. He helped my time in Tulum better. I could not wait to review this place!!!
This is one of the most relaxing, beautiful, peaceful trips I’ve ever been on. This property is so gorgeous - the smells, the sounds, the food - everything was so amazing. I cannot wait to come back!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind, they are able to get a taxi quickly for you and more. Tulum changed me, and I have Una Vida to thank for that. Tip: do the sound therapy session!!! It just completed my stay and really did some good for my soul. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this...
