"Everything about this resort was amazing the staff was very attentive and the food was amazing. The only complaint I had was the barefoot grill was lackluster and the food made my wife and I sick. All the other restaurants were great along with the buffets."
"I loved this place, however it would be best if they could offer at least basic coffee in the morning so we don't have to wait until we go out to have coffee. Also, they could add a jacuzzi for the ones that loves relaxing on the jacuzzi like I do even when is very hot"
"We have a great team experience at Orchid House Jungle. The hotel was beautiful and peaceful. The food was amazing and fresh. The staff was the best, they were accommodating to our needs and help facilitate rentals and tours. We felt like family there with the personal approach and attention. We visited the sister hotel and they were great as well. The continental breakfast was perfect and rooms were cleaned everyday. We will be definitely coming back."
"We experienced a power/water outage and did not get any helpful assistance. This ruined our plans as it was our only day in Tulum and we were unable to shower or charge our devices. We understand some things are out of the control of the property but there was no helpful solution offered and instead the entire day was ruined."
