It is amazing place has an assortment of high-quality services, helpful and respectful attention. I would highly recommend visiting.
However, as part of improvement:
1.- To consider a map that shows current location of person in the app, in this way familiarization process being simply and easier with the place.
2.- From all interactions that we had, only one has opportunity in regards of attitude, it is understood service people has their own personal situations, and they may be not in the best way to offer the service to customers. Even so, being a business that provides a luxury experience, it is highly recommended do an improvement to detect to people is not able to attend to customers, this before starting their day work, therefore it is take caring customer experience.
