"The rooms were very clean, the linens were nice, but the beds were not comfortable, it was like you were sleeping on the floor. "Resort is trying to squeeze money out of you any way they can. We had to cancel massage appointment at the spa, since one of us got burned in the sun, and could not make it to the appointment due to pain. Hotel still charged full fee. We tried to talk to supervisors about it, spent hours of valuable vacation time discussing it asking for a refund. Unfortunately, nothing helped. They did try to negotiate to lower the payment amount for the massage that was not performed. But in the end still charged the full amount. We wasted hours of precious vacation time trying to talk to the staff. Seems like one person doesn't know what the other one is doing- disorganized in this sense."

"The room was beautiful and spacious. Hot tub only had Luke warm water coming out. Large tub in first floor bathroom was a bit dirty. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "

"This place really was pleasant. A little more quiet than I expected, but still was a good time. Buffet staff were the best and so attentive, but we do wish there were more things to do at the resort other than drink, play pool and whatever few activities were available during the day. I’d say a 7.5/10, and I wouldn’t mind returning. "

"Really good for kids . No action for adults at all, not a party resort . Food is A class . Beach is ok . Staff is really nice . No local crowd at all in the resort ."
