"We had an amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The entertainment team was a huge highlight—David and Carlos were so hardworking, engaging, and fun to be around. We genuinely loved spending time with them and they made our trip extra memorable. Service by the pool was incredible as well—Jamie was a star. He was friendly, attentive, and we looked forward to seeing him every day. The food overall was great. While the buffet was average, all of the à la carte restaurants exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend! Thanks for an awesome stay! "

"The room was always very clean and smelled very good. Pools were cleaned, but many people hold their seats with towels, so get out there early, or you will have no seats. Mainly in building 1 and the adult pool. On the last day, they got strict and started removing people's stuff from chairs that were used for 1/2 hour or more. "
