"Beautiful place. Huge property so wear comfy shoes. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Sunblock and aloe Vera era a must if you’re a lighter shade. Buy the xcaret tickets at the hotel checkin for unlimited access during your stay. Best deal and so much to do you will not regret it."

"Staff and the beach make this resort the best on Cozumel!!!"

"Iberostar Waves Cozumel was amazing. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary for 4 nights there. We loved everything about it: the room, amenities, staff, food, drinks, spa, beach, shows, snorkeling, and the tropical island feel with beautiful plants and animals. We want to go back someday!"

"Beautiful property. Setup was perfect. If you're a beer drinker, just know it's only Heineken and DosXXs. They do provide Tecate light for the rooms, but Dos seems to be the beer of choice there. My family of four had a great time, not many activities for the littles, but luckily they love the ocean and the beach, so we were good. One of the of the only properties on this side that actually has their own private beach. Cozumel is separated by private beach clubs, and we were lucky to find a...

"The highlight is the staff. Sergio at Oceania was so great. Sergio went above and beyond to make sure our group was well taken care of. Margarito, at the preferred beach/pool, was awesome. Wendy is amazing with all of the activities and keeping energy up, and I highly recommend hibachi with Carlos. Carlos has amazing skills and the food was even better."

"We were here for nine days and had a really nice time with friends. The rooms and food were great. We tried all the restaurants and there was always something fun to do. The only downside was construction on the neighboring property, which looks like it will be spectacular once completed."

"This property, as well as the staff, exceed my expectations! I 100% recommend this property for couples or big groups. The property is beautiful, very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The property does need a better “nightlife,” but Quinta Avenida is a very short walk away if that’s what you’re looking for! The location of this hotel is stellar. This hotel is definitely worth the price!!!"

"All the staff is polite and super nice. They have great food and drinks. The location is great. Quinta Avenida is just a block away. The beach is nice and they have lifeguards on duty ensuring everyone is safe. Overall a great experience! We’ve been there twice and will continue going there."

"My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Xcaret Arte, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic, luxury resort that focuses on relaxation rather than a party atmosphere, this is the place. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking. The architecture, natural beauty, rivers, and attention to detail throughout the resort create an atmosphere unlike any other all-inclusive we have visited. Everywhere you look feels like a...

The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was 3/5, and the beach club was a great addition to the experience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made for a perfect getaway. I would definitely recommend Secrets Tulum and would love to return in the future!"
