Our stay was amazing from our first interaction with the girl down at the front desk who greeted us with a smile right off the bat she was super nice and friendly. Everyone was really helpful if we needed anything they were quick to respond. The rooms were super clean they all have a stove, fridge, microwave & little eating area. Stayed at Suites Sina for 10 days. Rooms are big, clean, and food was delicious. Beds were incredibly comfortable especially after a day at the beach, diving, or visiting ruins. I recently stayed at Rio Rita, and it was an incredible experience! The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot tub. After a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect way to unwind and relax. The hot tub was impeccably clean, the water was at just the right temperature, and the jets were powerful and soothing. Room was great and such a beautiful place. Truth be told is that the hospitality of this place was second to none. They treated us like family and that goes beyond words. Loved the crew. You won’t be disappointed.

First we stayed during the week (in April 2024) the property is just breathtaking! The views are incredible and so are all the people working at this resort! We stayed in the double room with a balcony - definitely worth the little extra - coffee in the morning and cocktails at night on the balcony were awesome! Other reviews were somewhat negative- I can’t imagine what happened on their stay to leave such a negative review- but I am blown away/ stayed here a few times over the past 3 or 4 years...

I was worried about booking here with all mixed reviews. But this place was very spa feel, as soon as we got there we were received by the hotel staff they got our luggage. It was a hot day and before we had a chance to go into the lobby, there’s someone handing us a wet, cold washcloth that smelled so good. The hotel is in the center of everything from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again. I want to thank all the cleaning staff Rm103 was immaculate every day.

The rooms are very clean and beautiful. Also loved the buffet in the mornings :)
