"This was our 2nd visit, both trips were excellent. The staff are wonderful. The food is very good and that’s unique in Cancun, but the best part is the parties. Go see for yourself."
Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt

"I went with the kids and grandkids. Pools were great and fun. Adults had fun with the aquatic exercice and kids had fun with the kids club and kids pool with the slides. Buffet was excellent: lot of choices. Restaurants were great; we went early to get a table for twelve people. We had to wait 2 hours to get our food at asian restaurant for twelve people.Little bit too much time waiting with kids. The evening entertainements were great with the dance shows and magic show. The beach had those brown algae so we didn't swim much at the beach. But still, the beach view was magnificent.
The only thing, my daughter had requested a baby crib: she never saw it and she didn't insist to get one because she packed a travel crib: So it was not a problem. Overall, everyone loves 💕 the Sunscape and would like to come back."
Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Spent seven absolutely amazing days here. I chose the elite club option and Iwas absolutely delighted with the service and quality of that experience.
The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated in a modern aesthetic. The room was spacious, loved the bathtub in the room. The spa was great and the gym is small (3 treadmills, 3 exercise bikes, a few weights and other machines) but just enough.
The Elite Club Restaurant was the cherry on top of the entire experience! Such great well executed food with a fine dining service! A few staff stand outs are Elio at the Elite Club restaurant and I can’t remember the name of the waitress at the Elite Club bar by the pool—they both were exceptional ⭐️
Only downside of this location is the beach: rough waves, immense sargassum everywhere, red flags and no swimming every day I was there.
I will definitely return to this location, perhaps a different time of year, when maybe mother nature allows the beach is a little more accessible."
