Great little hotel right near the two main Tulum roads with parking availability in front and on the street. During our 9 day stay we felt safe and well treated. Our room and facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The courtyard nature, pool and bar were lovely. Great place to enjoy a cigar and relax. The Hotel staff were very helping, the pool area was very chill. The rooms were very average and so was the breakfast. The hotel is located near a few local supermarkets, & about 15mins from a bunch of restaurants. I’d rather this hotel 6/10 only because the water wasn’t hot AT ALL.

The luxury 2 queen room was so surprisingly extra spacious with its uber high ceilings, and no unit was on top of us on the ground floor. The grounds are immaculate, and the rooftop garden was surprising. The free breakfast was great as well - were pleasantly surprised there was a free made to order entree and not just buffet style.
