Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff, excellent location

What an amazing location and incredible hotel! We loved staying on the square; so near everything we wanted to see and the hotel itself is a true gem! For us it had the feel of a Four Seasons but with the character and the charm of the city! Loved the bar, the best coffee in all of Europe and breakfast with fresh avacado's was a real treat.

Our stay at Hotel Antigua Palma was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We stayed in the Supreme Room with a bathtub, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool even during the 90+ degree days. Though it can be hard to drive through the tiny streets surrounding the cathedral, the proximity to the walking area of cathedral from this hotel is ideal. There are numerous restaurants, the hotel is silent, clean, modern. A recommended hotel in Palma, Mallorca

The hotel has an excellent location in the old part of Palma, close to the cathedral and marina. Lovely room which was peaceful and quiet, despite being near the centre. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Overall we had a wonderful two night stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent location very close to cathedral. The terrace on the top floor is great, try it out.

The staff were plentiful and extremely helpful. Most spoke multiple languages and were very kind. Daily housekeeping services were available. The swimming pool was fantastic. Best of all was the amazing variety of foods offered on the breakfast buffet, from eggs cooked to order to fruits, yogurts, and delicious fresh pastries.

This was such a beautiful hotel both inside and out. Really enjoyed the sea views from our balcony, the pool and the restaurants. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk and guest services were very helpful in booking tours and dinner reservations. Highly recommend this hotel!
