What an amazing location and incredible hotel! We loved staying on the square; so near everything we wanted to see and the hotel itself is a true gem! For us it had the feel of a Four Seasons but with the character and the charm of the city! Loved the bar, the best coffee in all of Europe and breakfast with fresh avacado's was a real treat.

This is a gorgeous hotel that is literally located directly between the big cathedral and the royal palace. The staff was phenomenal and the breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.
Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff outstanding. Everything you need they will help you with. Beautiful location as well, easy walking to everything, but very quiet and serene. Breakfast buffet best I have experienced anywhere and the breakfast staff work non-stop and are incredibly helpful and pleasant. Front of hotel staff also very helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough if you come to Palma.
Really nice, recent conversion from an old linen factory, to appartments. The location is great for the old town area with plenty of food and bar options. Staff were excellent and their English is perfect, which was good for us. Loved the room too, so nicely done out, with an amazing shower. Only slight criticism was the toilet didn't offer much privacy, but not sure if that's the case in all the rooms. Still, I highly recommend this place and would very happily stay there again.
I chose this hotel mostly because of its central location in the heart of Palma. It was close to all shopping, restaurants and bars, sightseeing locales, and the Estacio Intermodal (bus and train station). You can not ask for a better location to explore the city and take in all the sights and I couldn't be happier with my selection.
