La propiedas es la mejor de la sona: ubicación privilegiada bañada en zonas verdes y su playa privada, habitaciones amplias y bien conservadas, cosmética de baño de marca y calidad estupendas. Pero el personal de la restauracion es superior a todo, se esmeran y se involucran en su labor, AGRADECIMIENTO MUY ESPECIAL A PAULA, me hiciste sentir como en casa en todos los sentidos !!!! La única desventaja es la cocina o los cocineros, que desperdician los productos, no desean elaborar los platos exquisitos, saludables y sabrosos. Si va al hotel no espere mucho de la cocina la verdad, pero tampoco tienes la solución, ya que alrededor no tienes nada para salir a comer o casi nada. Pero bueno, para paliar la situación y teniendo hambre, se deja comer allí. Aparte, toda esta desventaja se esconde al estar en este complejo paradisíaco y con gran valor humano . Repetiré sin duda!

Nice staff and clean hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, and when you book a room it’s not clear if you stay by the beach or at the main hotel. As my room was not by the beach, the bed uncomfortable, and my dinner not good, I left the hotel and booked another hotel instead. I appreciated that I got a refund for the night not staying. They not even ask why I wanted to leave earlier.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Bon Sol, with a spacious and clean room with a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. We loved hanging out on the lounge chairs by the sea, and there was plenty of space for everyone given all of the swimming pools on the premises as well. We also tried playing squash for the first time since they had a court for that.

The staff was very friendly but not extremely helpful. The pool area was rundown & definitely could use renovations. We were not able to check in until close to 5:00PM, and after landing from an overnight flight at 6am this was quite brutal.

Staff was amazing. Loved how they cleaned our rooms perfectly everyday. However, for the price I do feel that the hotel should be more up to date and feel less outdated in certain aspects. There should be more offerings for breakfast, it is quite basic. The pools are outdated. Rooms are nice. The cove was nice too but not many seats. I think if you’re charging so much you should feel that when you enter.

A Gem in Illetas, Mallorca – A Wonderful Place with a Big Heart! Hotel Bon Sol is a truly magical place that wins you over from the very first moment! It is far more than just a typical holiday hotel; it feels like a medieval castle thanks to the impressive collection of artwork displayed at every turn. The gardens are an absolute paradise, and the pool areas offer total relaxation. What makes this place so special, however, is the people. The fact that it is a family-run hotel shows in every single detail. The owner is constantly present among the guests, extremely attentive and involved, making sure everyone feels right at home. A special shout-out goes to the staff, especially Aziza from the beach restaurant – an incredible person! Always smiling, extraordinarily hard-working, helpful, and constantly around to make sure you have everything you need, bringing such positive energy to the day. The food was also exceptional – fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. It is the perfect place to feel pampered and truly valued.

The staff are amazing and so kind, however… the property is falling apart. The rooms are clean but ancient. It reminded me of my grandmothers bedroom. I loved the staff and how fun and nice they all were. I do need to say they are amazing. The hotel and everything needs a major facelift. Crumbling concrete, tiny car park is a mess, carpets are stained from years and years ago. Skip it, there’s better places

Das Hotel Bon Sol hat einen wunderschönen Garten, stufenartig angelegt, man fühlt sich wie im Paradies! Das Essen ist sehr gut, und wenn man die Halbpension gleich dazubucht wirklich günstig. Das Personal ist superfreundlich, von den Inhabern bis zum Servicepersonal wird versucht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.
