This is our 4th visit to this stunning hotel, right in the heart of the old town, within easy access to shops, bars & restaurants. Staff are all wonderful and sorted beach clubs, restaurant reservations for us, we had a delay going out to Palma, I text them and they informed the beach club we would be arriving a little later than expected. Rooms are absolutely stunning, rooftop bar is lovely and gets the sun in the evening, we always had a cocktail before heading out in the evening. Cannot wait to go back

It was an incredible experience in all aspects. We loved the place, the location, not to mention how spectacular the room is (Cathedral) and the details provided by its staff to make our stay a pleasant one. It is definitely a place we return to and recommend.

Spent 5 nights at Palacio as a couple. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel given the location, the room, and especially the service. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful as they helped us plan several dinner reservations and a day at the beach club (which was amazing). Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to another visit.

Worth a try in central Palma

Very nice hotel, good sized rooms, attentive, pleasant staff, great location next to the castle/basilica. The hotel had a very nice feel about it, it felt like a small family hotel where nothing was too much trouble. There was a nice rooftop bar too and breakfasts were imaginative.
