"Great staff for our whole visit, welcoming and helpful. Nice room with big bathroom and very comfortable. Small but welcome swimming pool in the middle of the old town. Too breakfast with another nice member of staff who was replenishing as well as cooking and serving. Near loads of tapas bars and the harbour. No problem leaving our bags there all day while we went exploring the city. Top hotel!"

"The room was clean and the pool was nice. The message therapist I had was good. This hotel gets 4 stars and not 5 because they wanted $5.50 Euros to lock my passport in a safe. That's the only hotel in the world I've visited that did this, and I've been to a lot of hotels, especially in the EU."

"Lovely modern hotel. We arrived late and the aircon wasn’t working properly but the team investigated straight away and we were moved to another room within 30 mins. Bar and breakfast places both great and the pool areas were lovely. Bali beds are great value at €30 for two people and two free drinks included. This is a little walk from the seafront I but worth it for the space. Highly recommend."

Other than that, well-located and accommodation was sufficient for our needs. Parking is a major headache in Mallorca and next to impossible to find - be aware if you are planning to rent a vehicle."
