The staff was exceptional here! From the start they were so organized with everything. They immediately brought out luggage to our room and offered to let us rest after our flight and do the check in paperwork later. Nothing was too much to ask for! They seemed to genuinely care about our stay and experience. The hotel itself is very nice, very clean and has the most comfortable bed out of the three hotels we stayed at while in Spain. Really nice, recent conversion from an old linen factory, to appartments. The location is great for the old town area with plenty of food and bar options. Staff were excellent and their English is perfect, which was good for us. Loved the room too, so nicely done out, with an amazing shower. Only slight criticism was the toilet didn't offer much privacy, but not sure if that's the case in all the rooms. Still, I highly recommend this place and would very happily stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff, excellent location

Christian and staff were incredibly accommodating and thought of everything! He escorted us personally to our apartment and showed us how to operate everything we needed, then showed us where they had stocked food for our breakfast and afternoon snacks. The restaurant is phenomenal and wine selection more than adequate to assure your tastes are met. The proximity to old town is wonderful for walking wherever you like. It's a little noisy at night with the blinds open, but nothing ear plugs...

Hotel Can Cera was an amazing place. Service was great, facility outstanding, location is perfect and the restaurant was excellent. Can't go wrong with this hotel.

The staff was professional, friendly, charming, ready to do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. The restaurant and morning breakfast was truly extraordinary. At the end of the day our go to was the roof deck and plunge pool. When I plan my next trip to Palma, I will book this hotel immediately.

The front desk folks were great. Told us about great restaurants and things to do and the hotel is in the middle of everything. Great breakfast and courtyard and rooftop pool and right out the front door into the shopping and restaurant district. The room décor was most interesting, cool art and very comfortable. Great hot shower with a lot of water pressure and perfect room temperature. Couldn't recommend it higher.

Though it can be hard to drive through the tiny streets surrounding the cathedral, the proximity to the walking area of cathedral from this hotel is ideal. There are numerous restaurants, the hotel is silent, clean, modern. A recommended hotel in Palma, Mallorca

The hotel has an excellent location in the old part of Palma, close to the cathedral and marina. Lovely room which was peaceful and quiet, despite being near the centre. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Overall we had a wonderful two night stay. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming staff and perfect location for exploring. Some of the amenities they advertise as available such as combs and tissue paper were not available and the room had a number of questionable stains. They also did not change our sheets during the stay despite us placing their provided “change sheets” card on the bed.

Excellent location very close to cathedral. The terrace on the top floor is great, try it out.
