Grupotel Playa de Palma Suites & Spa
8/10 Good
"A really lovely hotel, was only there a few days so didn’t use the amenities to their full.
Didn’t realise that half board didn’t include drinks although you can get bubbles at breakfast.
The food was good and never felt cramped so you could always guarantee a table.
The pool loungers were busier at times but the pool itself never crowded.
A short walk to a beautiful beach and public transport into Palma not far away.
A great short break."
"Breakfast was good in that you could go anytime up to 1.30pm but the quality of the food could be improved to make the overall experience better . Staff wanted you to self check in which was a tad annoying after a long journey . The pool could do with more beds or place to sit as was pretty packed most of our stay ."
"We chose this hotel due to the “luxury” element. For the price I would say it’s ok.
Our room was quite dated with marks on the wall and dust under bed. Nice pools and sky bar lovely . I don’t think for the price I would come back."
