The overall condition of this property was okay. I think some updates would improve the aesthetics of the hotel (wall repairs, paint job). The room was clean and spacious with a sliding door that overlooks the pool and sea which was nice to have. There was one staff member who checked us in and showed us to our room.

Everything was great, had a good stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable room.views of the ocean. Pool, breakfast onsite for a small fee but fresh to order. Had a really nice time. Only downside I had gotten this place because it had a kitchen. I wanted to cook for my husband since he was deported but the kitchen didn’t have pots and pans or cooking utensils. Other than that everything else was fine. Would go back

The pictures don’t reflect the hotel’s current state. It was dirty, run down, the air conditioner did not work well and there was a brown mouse running around the kitchen. We booked a quick one night stay to help us get to the airport on time for an early flight. We were only there for 12 hours otherwise we would have booked elsewhere.

The room and hotel area was nice, nothing bad to say about them. However, the room was listed as 80 square meters, and it was not that big, maybe 45-50m2. Additionally, we should have paid in advance, because when translating currency on premise they added 400 pesos to the price of the room compared to the listed price in dollars. Additionally, one of the reasons we booked this hotel is that the listing said that they offer airport transport. I tried contacting them for more than a week and finally when they replied they said that they have no airport transfers.

It’s a very simple but cozy and warm hotel. The breakfast is as small as it can be but it’s included. If you can rough it a bit, this might be the ideal place. Ferry to Isla Mujeres is 3 min away, plenty of food stands but the next beach is less than a mile away. We will be back.
