"Check-in Process: Before arriving at the hotel, I pre-requested specific pillows, a private room, and a room with a good view through the butler, and they accommodated everything exactly as requested. Upon arrival, the butler kindly consulted with me, and all communication was possible via WhatsApp. They handled all restaurant reservations and activity management. From before arriving at the hotel until the moment we left, they fulfilled every single guest request without missing anything — it was truly the best service I've ever received. Room Environment: The cleanliness and facilities were excellent. There was no humidity, and everything needed in the room was provided. Additionally, before check-in, they perfectly removed any musty damp smell that might have been in the room by using the scent I requested, and they kept a diffuser running to maintain a pleasant fragrance throughout the stay. Even during the twice-daily cleaning, everything was kept very clean. In terms of cleanliness, it was the cleanest state I've seen compared to any 5-star hotel. Facilities & Restaurants There were plenty of places in the lobby to enjoy billiards and games, and the distance to the bars and restaurants wasn't far, which was great. Especially, having a jacuzzi here was a big plus — on chilly days (it was very cold during my visit), I could warm up my body, unlike other hotels. "Fantastic stay! The beach was beautiful and well maintained, food was delicious, rooms are ample and super clean. We had previously stayed at Royal Haciendas in 2023 and did not have a great experience - we thought we would give this place another try and have nothing but great things to say about our stay in 2026. Once of our guests experienced an injury while at the resort and I can not highly recommend the Dr. on site enough - he is very thorough and genuinley cares about his patients. Hotel management went above and beyond during our stay. Also - would like to give recognition to a few staff members who made our stay extra special. Our kids loved the kids club and Danna, Diana, Kitzia, and Geo made their week. Alejandro at Kinoko restaurant provided great service all week long as well!"

"Rooms in the 5000 block have beautiful private decks open to the ocean. Highly recommend. Very clean and well maintained. The hotel appears older at first glance, but you will fall in love with the location and service. "

"Great time. Had one of the four oceanfront swim up pool next to the big gazebo. Awesome spot. Quick walk to pool if that's your thing or just chill on the patio, in the pool, or right on the beach. Food was great overall. Some things weren't to our liking and other things we got twice! Drinks were generally weak. Awesome coffee! Got couples massage at Magic Spot, 2 minute walk from the front gate. Saw some raccoons and a possum a few times - good bug eaters and they ignore you. Beach is really small. Seaweed is around. I was bad one morning after a pretty windy prior day but they had people out there cleaning it up. They offer numerous activities like yoga, stretching, neat little arts and crafts, pool games, nightly shows - do it all or do nothing! I'd go back. "

"We have been travelling to Mexico for 14 years and this resort is one of the best we have been to!We stayed in the Family Selection side.Check in-very quick as we arrived late and it was nice to have a good restaurant open.They delivered a baby crib to our room promptly.The butler service is good, sending daily lists of activities and booking the à la cartes. All the staff at this resort are top notch.The buffet food is very good (especially dinner), the à la carte restaurants are good as well (although I would skip the Asian restaurant).They have lunch on the beach which has awesome food which we got from walking over to the TRS (adults only) side by bringing a couple plates for the adults and kids to share. The drinks are good, premium alcohol with our Family Selection wristband is included and Churchills cocktail bar is awesome!There are video game rooms for the kids to keep them entertained.The resort itself is quite large (not the largest we have been to), but it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach or to the buffet/lobby from where we were staying in Villa 48.There are golf carts to get to restaurants at White Sands.The beach is very nice, lots of sand and an unlimited amount of beach chairs there and by the pool.It was a nice change not having to fight for chairs at 7am, the resort never felt busy and the staff said this was normal capacity.There’s very good tennis/pickleball, basketball and soccer fields.We will definitely be back some day, highly recommend!"
