This review is addressed to the general manager of this hotel: The base of the beds (wooden structure) makes noise at the slightest movement when sitting down or lying in bed. This of course is most evident at night when there is silence and one is lying with the ear on the pillow trying to sleep. We complained after the first night, as the noise at each turn woke us up many times during the night, and the staff did try to fix the problem, unfortunately without success! They even disassembled the box under the bed and put it back together, but the noise persisted. On the following morning were offered to move to another room but the bed in the other room had exactly the same problem so we stayed in # 437. The whole stay was prepaid in full, otherwise we had moved to another hotel. This hotel is very nice, has good facilities and friendly, well intentioned staff that try to do things right, but sadly lousy beds! and ... what do you look for in a hotel? Mainly a place to rest and sleep well. So despite the fact that everything else was quite good, I couldn't recommend this hotel as long as they don't fix this issue, and that's why I gave it a poor rating to the comfort and in general. There is also no communication to the manager, because with our multiple complaints, the manager himself should have communicated with us and done something about it. The hotel is a 4 star in everything else, but the bedding spoils it.
