"We had a really enjoyable 3 night stay at the Peridot. The beds were super comfortable, making it easy to relax after busy days exploring, and the pool was perfect for a refreshing afternoon wind-down. What really stood out, though, was the staff friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. They genuinely made the stay feel welcoming and easy. A great place to base yourself for a few nights."

"Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Want to start by saying all of the hotel staff were super friendly and were there to answer any questions which we had (very knowledgeable!). Room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast options were by far the best we had during our stay in Vietnam. They had a set buffet breakfast which changed daily but also a menu which you can order hot items from which was nice. The swimming pool was nice and clean with a shower in the room. The hotel was also perfectly situated - you are a short walk away into the main old quarter with lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Premium Hotel in Hanoi and would highly recommend it. The entire staff, including Da, was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we felt well-supported throughout our visit. One of the standout features of this hotel is its location; it is perfectly situated in the heart of the Old Quarter and is only two blocks away from St. Joseph Cathedral. ​While the street outside is very busy and full of life, the hotel itself is a very clean and well-maintained retreat where the rooms are serviced every single day. We stayed in a room facing the back to a wall which was likely much quieter than those facing the front. Although there were some intermittent noises that could be a bit annoying depending on how soundly you sleep, the room was generally comfortable and tidy. ​The breakfast was another highlight of our stay, offering a great variety that always included fresh fruit as well as both Western and Asian style options. We particularly enjoyed having eggs prepared exactly to our liking. Additionally, the hotel provides laundry services and tour assistance in a very timely and professional manner, making the logistics of our trip much smoother."

"This property is a hidden gem! The staff is excellent and extremely attentive. It was raining out and they accompanied each member in our group with an umbrella to our van. The rooms were very clean. The rooftop bar was the perfect vibe with superb drinks, delicious food, along with a phenomenal view. There is an infinity pool as well. The spa was very relaxing and professional. 1.5 hour massage for USD35. Finally it is a great location in old city. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Hanoi House for drinks. "
