Staff was very helpful. The owner of the hotel is very very kind and humble feels like that's your friend you know him from long time. Arrange city tour with his own staff . Was excellent. Only a few minutes from the airport, so very good for a stop over. Rooms were big and comfortable, and breakfast was simple, but all we needed. We checked in after midnight which wasn’t an issue. Quite noisy in the hotel, both from planes and from other guests…

We had arrived after the restaurant next door was closed, the guy that checked us in was so respectful and generous, I asked him where we could get food and he offered a meal that his family cooked after hours for a surcharge. The food was in our room within 15 minutes, it was hot and fresh and so delicious. I really recommend this hotel.

This is my first time staying at success hotel. The location is very near Nói Bài international airport. We book a presidential suite and it fits 3 people. Room is spacious and very clean. The bath room has a huge zaccuzzi tub. We had dinner there and the food is excellent Hotel Staff is extremely friendly. The also hotel offer ride to airport, the shuttles cost $100k vnđ for our group. Will definitely stay again this July. Thank you Success Hotel’s staff!

The Vietnamese gentleman host/receptionist was extremely helpful and always had a smile. We stayed 1 night as we were flying to London the next day with alot of luggage and had young children and he was very patient and always offered help. Thank you very much success hotel we will most definitely be using you again and highly recommend. It was 5 minutes car journey from the airport and very easy to find. The room and hotel was very nice and clean, we all had an enjoyable nights sleep.
