"Hotel was excellent - rooms were new and excellent quality, with comfy beds. There is a gym in the hotel as well as an onsen (c£22 to use). Staff were very attentive and remembered your name etc, and also contacted me in the days before my stay to offer transfers from the airport. I also requested a gluten free breakfast and was provided with gluten free bread each day, and there was a comprehensive buffet offering Vietnamese / western food (while you can also request omelettes and other dishes to be made). Would highly recommend "

"We stayed at the hotel for two nights in four days. The first room was small but clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I spoke with reception upon leaving and told them of our issue. When we returned for our second stay, we were delighted to find we had been upgraded. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was better still a bit hard but we slept better. We enjoyed breakfast on both stay and found it to be excellent and plenty of to eat. The staff were excellent. They were very professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. The main person we dealt with during our stay was Da and he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. He recommended restaurants and made bookings for us. Thanks Da you made our stay great. We also dealt with Alex who also helped us with booking a trip to Halong Bay. Thanks to everyone and would stay at this hotel again."

"The staff are wonderful! Love the spa had a great Vietnamese massage there with Bon! The breakfast is great tons of option to choose! The room is very clean, though is very small for us. Shot out to Ryan at the lobby and Quan( butter), pretty helpful, nice and kind!"

"Positive: New rooms, clean and cozy, even though is pretty small, but for a few nights it is enough space for a couple. Staff very sweet and willing to help and make your experience good. Perfect location, exactly in the city center, close to everything. Negative points: Breakfast very poor, I wouldnt recommend to book it, and if it is already included, dont even bother to go, much better eating outside. Do not book any tours and rides with the hotel, very over priced and we had a bad experience with the food tour, which they charged per person 38$ and in the end we had a bad guide which just brought us to restaurants and order food, and in the end the price of everything was max. 15$ each, not even close to 38$. Transfer to the airport also 3x more than ordering a normal Grab. Besides that, the hotel itself is good for people who are looking to be central."
