"We had a wonderful overall experience—especially for our first time visiting the area. Choosing this resort turned out to be a great decision. The staff were exceptional, with Martin and Bernie going above and beyond to make our trip truly memorable. The resort itself is huge, which we loved because there was always something to do each day. The restaurants were great with plenty of options, and the ice cream shop quickly became one of our favorite spots. The drinks were consistently delicious—and actually strong, which was a big plus. The only drawback was the beach. There was sargassum present almost every day during our stay, which made it difficult to enjoy the ocean. Aside from that, we would absolutely recommend this resort. The rooms are well-equipped, and the recent renovations make them look beautiful. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would gladly return."

"Clean room, family friendly atmosphere. Room could have more storage for a family of four. Also there were very few power outlets for charging devices. Staff was mostly good, but a few were rude - especially at one of the restaurants- Agra. Also front desk and check out staff were pushy with pitches for either time share presentation or paid vouchers for future stays."

"We had a nice vacation at Sensira but the check in process took hours and the front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. We also didn’t like that there was a $12 fee every time you order room service, as this has never been a thing at other all inclusive resorts we have stayed at. Our room phone was broken and didn’t work the entire time so that made it difficult to call the front desk if we needed anything. The staff were friendly overall, especially the pool and waiter staff. We unfortunately witnessed a near drowning and the lifeguard on duty performed life-saving measures so we were grateful that Sensira had lifeguards on duty that were obviously well-trained! The food at the buffet could have been better and they kept running out of things, which was just inconvenient. The food at the steakhouse and the Italian restaurant was really good. Overall, our vacation was fun but we wouldn’t stay at Sensira again. "
