"The staff was fantastic. The restaurant was great with terrific service and good food. The beach club uncrowded. The location on the beach perfect. The mattress do as ones to be changed and the pillows upgraded. Since most beds in the area use concrete frames a good mattress and better pillows are essential for gu it’s comfort. Other than that I highly recommend. "

"This is a lovely property in a sea of touristy, less serene beachside properties. The staff here is awesome. So helpful and kind. Breakfast is hearty (eggs from the chickens on the property!) toast, juice, fresh fruit, and coffee. The rooms are nice and have a fridge. All of the rooms face the water. We had room 1 that was right on the beach and next to the pool. "

"My stay at Shibari was wonderful! Staff were very professional, attentive & courteous. Check-in process was simple. They were able to check me in early. The room floor seemed like it wasn’t cleaned that well but the room and view was so beautiful it took the focus away from it. The cenote and restaurant area were amazing. Food taste amazing, a bit overpriced, but the taste, service & staff compensated for it. The fitness center can use some attention. "

Watching the sun rise over the ocean from bed, having breakfast served on the patio while watching the waves, listening to the sounds of the surf while drifting off to sleep all made the trip magical! All the staff were lovely, food and drinks were delicious and perfect location on the beach! Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax."
