My gf and I spent 3 days here. We love our hotel by the beach the view and the area are convenient to walk. The weather is perfect around end of October. Chris and Mauricio are very accomodating when it comes to direction or any help you may need during our stay. They both make sure we really enjoyed our vacation. Thanks to both of you for making our trip enjoyable and memorable.

Excellent location-quiet late at night/early morning so we slept well. Walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, bars & beach clubs. Loved being right on the beach! Property was clean and very well maintained. Staff was friendly and attentive. Beds were super comfortable and great air conditioning. Good and drinks were all fresh and delicious. The hotel had so much character. Highly recommend!

My experience was lovely...tranquil, natural beauty, no loud music blasting, pristine beach, a super kind staff...all good. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. I would not recommended eating dinner there (Ziggy's) because the portions are tiny and the prices are high. To get downtown a taxi is needed...no worries, you can catch one within minutes. Kanan is the one of best hotel in the neighborhood. Location amazing , service amazing ,spa amazing ,food amazing . Staff are extremely amazing .starting a day with free coffee and tea & mini cookies was very nice . They think everything before you . If it’s raining movie is on the beach area . I highly recommend

All you need to know: hotel Ganesh is a hidden gem! My husband and I stayed at hotel Ganesh and truly had an amazing stay. It was our first time visiting Tulum and Mexico in general. Excelente hotel. Nuestra cabaña en el segundo piso estuvo siempre muy limpia. Tiene un acceso directo a la playa y la vista del balcón es muy linda. El staff fue siempre atento. La regadera tiene la presión del agua muy baja y la luz del baño en el lavabo es demasiado bajita. Todo lo demás superó nuestras expectativas.

Me and friends were staying in Playa Del Carmen and decided to take an overnight trip to Tulum. We booked Casa Ambar same day and glad we did. Absolutely perfect for a no-frills beach trip. The staff was phenomenal, friendly, and helpful. Service was great and the staff also was great at sharing local info and recommendations. Couldn’t be easier to walk out of your hotel room and onto the beach with a full bar and cozy beach beds. Gave four stars on facilities only because the AC was down one night because of a power outage so that was a hot night, but was there for 5 nights total with no issues.

This was the perfect honeymoon getaway. Remote enough to avoid the large crowds in Tulum Beach but close enough to outstanding restaurants, cenotes, and the ruins. The hotels staff was excellent and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was the finest I ever had.

I’ve never been to Tulum and in booking this property it is close to both popular beach clubs of MIA and TABOO… the ocean was steps away from my room and as this was an adult only property it wasn’t wild with young folks running around. This property doesn’t have tv in their rooms which is perfect to disconnect completely and fully enjoy your experience at the beach listening to the waves. Sana and its entire staff was absolutely top tier. The facility was clean and refreshing as a change of scenery of the “”Tulum” aesthetic. Our room was upgraded and we had a peaceful and relaxing time. We will certainly be back to enjoy for our next vacation as this trip was strictly for work. Top marks all around for Sana Tulum.
