The staff went out of their way to look after me - even letting me know which places offered beer with meals during their month of Ramadan!

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Its location is excellent, for me, it is clean with nice furniture. However, the check-out procedure is strange , the keep guests waiting until some one goes up to check the room and gives clearance to to the receptionist to release the guest with a written paper to the security at the exit door !!!

Mr. Taha the front desk manager was just a very nice guy, room was clean and very nice. I will check again in this property next time in Cairo for sure.

The staff were amazing there! Special shout-out to Ahmed, he was the best and always greeted us with a big smile. This hotel was very nice to stay but amenities definitely a bit older. Would recommend 10/10

This is our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel. We always hear it's posh and very luxurious at any Four seasons so we had great expectations. We arrived late at nite after a traumatic taxi ride from the airport, we were greeted by the friendly staff and concierge and was upgraded to a premium room with the pyramids view from the balcony so that was amazing! The room was very comfortable - spacious, well-equipped, clean and warm, and clear instructions making everything easy to use.

The hotel is clean, modern with courteous staff. It is a little distance from the city center but it was a welcomed escape from the bustling of the city after I was finished with my tours.

They came to the airport and picked me up in a nice car. Mina the manager is very helpful. He will try to help above and beyond any of manager. Breakfast was good. If on e item runs out, they replace it

Amazing and breathtaking view of the pyramids. No where in the world can you be dining while enjoying the view and closeness of the pyramids. 5 stars hotel. Service needs improvement, but this is Egypt.

Wondeful property

I would recommend the Staybridge Suites in Cairo to any American traveling to Cairo. Although it was not close to the tourist sites, Our one bedroom suite provided a welcome retreat from the often overwhelming chaos that is Cairo. It was incredibly nice to get back at the end of our day and have a comfortable living room, with good WiFi, to unwind in.
