"The room was absolutely filthy. Urine from prior guest seeping from where toilet seat is attached to bowl. The bathroom floor was never washed. Shower didn’t drain. Bidet hose leaking onto the floor. Towels stained. Beds smelled of BO. Rooms are non refundable. Booked three night stay and left after first night. Counting my blessings i didn’t catch a virus in the room. The description on Expedia was false. Pictures are misleading. Balcony view was the back of crumbling buildings and hanging...

If museums are on your list of things to see, you might want to browse the collections at Agricultural Museum in Al Duqqi. If you want to see more of the museums in Giza, Manial Palace and Coptic Museum aren't far.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel staff were exceptional! They provided personalized recommendations and were always available to assist with any questions. I felt valued as a guest. The hotel was cozy, quiet, and modern. It felt like a genuine getaway. The lighting and small details made my room feel like it was designed for comfort. The hotel’s location was perfect! I was just a short walk from great restaurants and shops.
Mostafa was very friendly,...
This is our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel. We always hear it's posh and very luxurious at any Four seasons so we had great expectations. We arrived late at nite after a traumatic taxi ride from the airport, we were greeted by the friendly staff and concierge and was upgraded to a premium room with the pyramids view from the balcony so that was amazing! The breakfast buffet was very delicious and kind staff. We tried all tge restaurants and the best was the Aura lebanese restaurant,...
Mr. Taha the front desk manager was just a very nice guy, room was clean and very nice. I will check again in this property next time in Cairo for sure.
I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Its location is excellent, for me, it is clean with nice furniture.
However, the check-out procedure is strange , the keep guests waiting until some one goes up to check the room and gives clearance to to the receptionist to release the guest with a written paper to the security at the exit door !!!
The staff were amazing there! Special shout-out to Ahmed, he was the best and always greeted us with a big smile. This hotel was very nice to stay but amenities definitely a bit older. Would recommend 10/10
The hotel is clean, modern with courteous staff. It is a little distance from the city center but it was a welcomed escape from the bustling of the city after I was finished with my tours.
They came to the airport and picked me up in a nice car. Mina the manager is very helpful.
He will try to help above and beyond any of manager.
Breakfast was good. If on
e item runs out, they replace it
I am in love with this place!! The staff is the best I’ve seen!! So friendly, attentive, professional!! I was referred to as Mr. Adam and if I asked for anything, it was brought to my room!
The Tour Manager, Gamel, is the hardest working man I have ever met!! He would personally handle any situations that came up. My wife and I had a last minute idea of a tour and Mr. Gamel was calling his people at midnight to ensure our tour was ready!! Truly a great person!!
Our driver, Mohammed Gamel, is an...
Mr Ayman Fawzy was very professional and kind and sweet dealing with me when a problem occured with a lady who works there and was very rude and unprofessional with us . Mr Ayman took action and made sure ee are happy there. Also mr ahmed omar assistant fb who was so sweet. I would recommend the Staybridge Suites in Cairo to any American traveling to Cairo. Although it was not close to the tourist sites, Our one bedroom suite provided a welcome retreat from the often overwhelming chaos that is Cairo. It was incredibly nice to get back at the end of our day and have a comfortable living room, with good WiFi, to unwind in. I would recommend getting a room facing from the main street however, as the horn honking went on all the time (except a wonderfully quiet...
I paid a little extra for the room with a view of the pyramids and wow it was so worth it. You have to tune out the horn honking because it's on a major street.
This hotel has great views and was clean and comfortable at a super value. We very much enjoyed our Pyramid view Inn rooms. However the service at the restaurant is very poor and the food was bland and redundant. The first night we enjoyed the Light & Sound show from there and had a lovely evening. The next night...We waited well over an hour for a simple Pizza after being told that everything else we tried to order, was not available. Every time we inquired about the Pizza, we were told 5 more...
