"This property is unique on Zamalek Island. It is brand new, beautiful, and offers great value. The staff's attention is amazing, and everything is of the highest quality."
"Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.Everything was well organized and the service exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area"
"This is a budget hotel in a very unkempt building. The room itself is simple and clean. If you are looking for no more than that this is fine. Positives: a very busy and energetic part of the city, working elevators and WiFi, great AC."
"Great location if you want to be in the heart of Cairo. Lots of action on the streets lots of cafes and restaurants. It’s the real Cairo and very safe you can walk around night and day."

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel staff were exceptional! They provided personalized recommendations and were always available to assist with any questions. I felt valued as a guest. The hotel was cozy, quiet, and modern. It felt like a genuine getaway. The lighting and small details made my room feel like it was designed for comfort. The hotel’s location was perfect! I was just a short walk from great restaurants and shops.
Mostafa was very friendly,...
Mr Ayman Fawzy was very professional and kind and sweet dealing with me when a problem occured with a lady who works there and was very rude and unprofessional with us . Mr Ayman took action and made sure ee are happy there. Also mr ahmed omar assistant fb who was so sweet. And thanks for mr Mohamed Hosny in buisness center who treated me so well on my birthday.mr Walid also was so kind.
This is our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel. We always hear it's posh and very luxurious at any Four seasons so we had great expectations. We arrived late at nite after a traumatic taxi ride from the airport, we were greeted by the friendly staff and concierge and was upgraded to a premium room with the pyramids view from the balcony so that was amazing! The breakfast buffet was very delicious and kind staff. We tried all tge restaurants and the best was the Aura lebanese restaurant,...
This hotel has great views and was clean and comfortable at a super value. We very much enjoyed our Pyramid view Inn rooms. However the service at the restaurant is very poor and the food was bland and redundant. The first night we enjoyed the Light & Sound show from there and had a lovely evening. The next night...We waited well over an hour for a simple Pizza after being told that everything else we tried to order, was not available. Every time we inquired about the Pizza, we were told 5 more...
The City View Hotel was great! It was very affordable, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. There were many things to do within walking distance, such as visiting the Egyptian Museum, shopping, eating and even taking a stroll by the Nile. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. They made us feel welcome and safe which was important since our party consisted of four young women. My friends...
They came to the airport and picked me up in a nice car. Mina the manager is very helpful.
He will try to help above and beyond any of manager.
Breakfast was good. If on
e item runs out, they replace it
NICE LOCATION ON THE NILE RIVER, 8 Minute Walk to the MUSEUM and not too far from the PYRAMIDS.
The staff was very friendly and 24HR GOVT BANK OF EGYPT was inside the hotel. Also It is very safe to book a Taxi from the hotel to the Airport at their counter.
Great location, good food, beautiful view! We had a local driver and tour guide for pick up & drop off services (not with the hotel), so we alwasy felt safe!
I am in love with this place!! The staff is the best I’ve seen!! So friendly, attentive, professional!! I was referred to as Mr. Adam and if I asked for anything, it was brought to my room!
The Tour Manager, Gamel, is the hardest working man I have ever met!! He would personally handle any situations that came up. My wife and I had a last minute idea of a tour and Mr. Gamel was calling his people at midnight to ensure our tour was ready!! Truly a great person!!
Our driver, Mohammed Gamel, is an...
The hotel is clean, modern with courteous staff. It is a little distance from the city center but it was a welcomed escape from the bustling of the city after I was finished with my tours.
I paid a little extra for the room with a view of the pyramids and wow it was so worth it. You have to tune out the horn honking because it's on a major street.
This property is unique on Zamalek Island. It is brand new, beautiful, and offers great value. The staff's attention is amazing, and everything is of the highest quality.
I would recommend the Staybridge Suites in Cairo to any American traveling to Cairo. Although it was not close to the tourist sites, Our one bedroom suite provided a welcome retreat from the often overwhelming chaos that is Cairo. It was incredibly nice to get back at the end of our day and have a comfortable living room, with good WiFi, to unwind in. I would recommend getting a room facing from the main street however, as the horn honking went on all the time (except a wonderfully quiet...
Hotel is beautiful and staff are helpful very secure but surrounding neighborhood is rough. If you only stay in the hotel and take Ubers you will be fine. I would not recommend walking in this area. Restaurant for breakfast in lobby area and rooftop are excellent with good food and great service. Great views of the Nile.
The hotel is right in front of the pyramids. The buffet breakfast was good. Our room, bathroom and shower were spacious. The elevator is very small. At least they have in service. The open terrace is great for relaxing and view the pyramids. The new GEM is about a 20 minute away walk. There's a Mobil gas station where you can buy snacks, water, sodas, coffee. For shops it's about a 10-15 minute walk. The staff makes you feel at home. Thank you Turquoise 😊.
