Mr. Taha the front desk manager was just a very nice guy, room was clean and very nice. I will check again in this property next time in Cairo for sure.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Its location is excellent, for me, it is clean with nice furniture. However, the check-out procedure is strange , the keep guests waiting until some one goes up to check the room and gives clearance to to the receptionist to release the guest with a written paper to the security at the exit door !!!

Very clean and convince location

The staff were amazing there! Special shout-out to Ahmed, he was the best and always greeted us with a big smile. This hotel was very nice to stay but amenities definitely a bit older. Would recommend 10/10

The room was very comfortable - spacious, well-equipped, clean and warm, and clear instructions making everything easy to use.

This is our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel. We always hear it's posh and very luxurious at any Four seasons so we had great expectations. The staff went out of their way to look after me - even letting me know which places offered beer with meals during their month of Ramadan!

The hotel is clean, modern with courteous staff. It is a little distance from the city center but it was a welcomed escape from the bustling of the city after I was finished with my tours.

Good to stay. Very good staff members and there are very helpful. Highly recommend
