"Everything was very good. It is far from the airport so book a shuttle. The food was average but edible and service was good. If you want beach, maybe stay closer to the core of Cancún. The lagoon and snorkelling were wonderful."

"Location is perfect, half block to one block from sea, beach, ferry, bus station. Garden is lovely, and the pool is cool and relaxing. Little cenote with turtles in the courtyard. Staff is the absolute best. Very helpful and friendly. Super clean, too. "

"The location was perfect as it’s in the Parque los Fundadores and close to restaurants and the ferry. I got there early and was able to leave my luggage while I took a day trip to Cozumel. I was traveling alone with my toddler and felt very safe. The staff was great in helping me get a very early morning shuttle scheduled to Cancun (separate price). "
