The place is fantastic, next to de Old Quarter, perfectly located. the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with a lot of little details that improve your stay. The staff is super caring, attentive to detail and always willing to help you. We've been in many hotels of different categories, but this is the first time that the staff made us feel VERY SPECIAL. The hotel and the service is very neat , helpfull and anytime the want to help , and give recommendations. The only thing they where doing some repairs at 8 am and they wake me up, how come the do reparations at moose in the same hotel at such early time. Also the decoration and appliances are suite nice and trendy but if you look in detail they look worn out. The rest is very good the best asset the good personal service

We stayed one night in the Oriental Central Hotel. All the staff were very good and spoke English. Leah on reception was extremely helpful, she showed us where the main sights were and gave us information about how to get around Hanoi (the most important information was how to cross the road!!!)

Great stay, helpful and friendly staff and great location in city centre. They care for guests happiness, solving problems efficiently. I had some smoke smell in my room, and they purified the air for me, offering me also to move to another room. Breakfast is simply outstanding, and the internet is fast and stable.
