Only in Hanoi for 3 days and 2 nights so was looking for a decent but not too expensive place to stay and the Jade fitted met the criteria perfectly. It is smack bang in the centre of the CBD and only 10 minutes walk to the Lake. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean room, kind staff, and delicious breakfast! Only con was finding the place but once you find it, you appreciate the location! Its perfect for staying directly in old quarter but in a place where you can get peace and quiet.

The Hotel in very new (newly renovated recently). The hotel staff were excellent (especially Quinn). The location is in a alley, but it's two blocks away from St. Joseph Cathedral and other major attractions. The breakfast buffet is fresh and good. We enjoyed our four nights stay and would definitely come back again.

The hotel is located in an alley that is not accessible by taxi. If you have multiple pieces of luggage, you will need to carry them through the street, which is not very clean and it’s wet from the people cooking and washing dishes on the street. The hotel itself looks good and is clean and comfortable; however, the immediate surrounding area of the alley is not as clean or visually appealing. On a positive note, my taxi driver spoke Vietnamese and was able to contact the hotel, and the receptionist kindly came out to assist with the luggage. The staff is polite and helpful, but due to the location, I would not choose to stay here again.

Room cleaned and everything refreshed every day. Always came back to new water bottles, toothbrushes, combs, etc. Front desk staff were very welcoming, always greeting with a "Xin Chao". Breakfast was nice, with a decent array of options, though more limited for those with a vegetarian or halal diet (but still plenty to choose from). They also cooked you eggs to your taste on request, and I must say, they cooked them perfectly.

Room were very clean. However, our room faces same direction as the front door alley & every morning the strong oily cooking smell from the food eatery besides the hotel gets into the room. Would be good if the hotel could just seal the windows up since no one will open it. Or if you intend to stay here, just choose 1 of the other 2 rooms since there are only 3 rooms per floor. Overall still a good stay as the room itself was really nice and comfortable especially the bed and nice washroom. Hotel slippers are however recycled which i personally will not use it, so bring your own if you are same as me.

If u are high maintenance this is not for uou. If u are a happy traveler and are willing to embrace the cultural richness then this is ur hotel. I like the fact the everything is at your fingertips once you step out of ur hotel. We were home and happy

Bel emplacement, jolie terrasse. Mais attention à éviter si vous séjournez en famille. Notre chambre au rez de chaussée en face de la réception etait seulement équipée d une fine porte vitrée cachée par un rideau, on entendait tout. De plus la chambre donnait sur le mur, aucune lumière naturelle. Vraiment décevant 😔
