"We loved our stay at Royal Palace has soon as you walk through the hotel you are welcomed by the staff and how throughly the hospitality is.The location is great you are walking distance to the lake and old stone church even a great smoothie and juice place is across the road.
Would highly recommend Royal Palace Hotel and Linh is so lovely and made sure we are well looked after.

"Soon after booking we received a helpful communication pack with offers of trips from the hotel. These were fairly priced so we booked a HaLong bay trip in advance of arrival which included a complimentary airport pickup. This was most welcome after a long journey from Manchester."

"Situation: We stayed at L7 West Lake Hanoi and interacted frequently with staff for planning, dining, and daily needs.
Behavior: Service was consistently excellent—clear communication, fast follow-through, and genuine attentiveness from every team member. Special recognition to Mr. Erik, Ms. Lunary, Dennis, and Leo for their exceptional support. The Club Lounge, pool, gym, golf area, and dining options (notably Tim Ho Wan) were all high quality. Breakfast buffet had great variety and execution.
Impact: The hotel delivered a smooth, relaxing, and premium experience from start to finish. Strongly recommend for travelers who value service excellence."
