"I recently stayed at Xcaret Resort and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations. The room was dirty upon arrival, which immediately made the stay uncomfortable.
The beach, which is usually the highlight of a resort, was also not well maintained. It was noticeably dirty and not inviting at all. On top of that, the beach chairs were old, worn out, and some were even broken, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the area.
Overall, the resort seems poorly maintained, and it did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made."

"The entire place is very clean. From the rooms to the restaurants, bars and shared restrooms were all super clean. Beach view from our balcony (16th floor) and from poolside was awesome. The staff are all welcoming, friendly and make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. My wife and I stayed there for a week for our honeymoon and their services was exceptional. Special thank you to our bartenders De Dios and Jonathan along with one of our servers Edgar Abigail for going above and beyond to make my wife and I feel and share the special moments at Secrets."
