Hotels in Saint-Roch

Location, cleanliness, room layout and staff all outstanding. Staff so kind and really appreciated their care. A few awkward items- coffee machine didn’t work, temp controlled by the property, very difficult to contact front desk via telephone. Message on machine a bit creepy.

Apt is in an up and coming neighborhood. 25-30 minutes to walk to old town Convenient parking. Was a little intimidated on arrival by needle dispensary across the street and people milling about but We had no problem, it was orderly and quiet. Studio is very modern and clean

This boutique hotel was perfectly located for exploring Old Quebec City. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room which seemed newly upgraded. It was comfortable and very private. We certainly look forward to staying here again.

Nice property, easy to walk everywhere. We had some communication issues but I am to blame for much of that. Spacious.

Our stay was amazing and the location is perfect with all you need around you at walking distance.

Excellent value and walkable to historic places. Easy parking at library. Room was very warm and thermostat was locked. Needed to have the front desk add a fan to the room. They were very nice. The gym had no air circulating and was stifling. Needs fans.

The place was clean and as described. Kitchen has all the necessary tools as well. Overall we would stay again.

This apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very responsive to our questions. The location was within walking distance of the grocery store and restaurants.

We loved this spacious, clean, modern loft space with 2 beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms. The staff working at the property were highly response and easy to contact with some small questions. I would be happy to return again. Our only concern were the number of drug addicted, homeless folks wandering around the hotel, day and night. Imagine they are harmless, but they are a part of the neighborhood.

The property itself was very large, clean and modern. The only issue was street parking was difficult and the unit was nosiy from both neighbors and people walking outside as it's on the first floor. The location was a little sketchy but proximity to highways and Vieux Quebec was perfect, not to mention the great price.

Great location within walking distance to old Quebec and cafes and bakeries on the same street. Grocery store down the street. Really helpful and friendly staff with quick communication via message. Room was cute, clean and well equipped . It is very close by to a pub / bar and so it is noisy - if you are a light sleeper you will hear loud music. Would definitely stay again ! A helpful detail: no stairs so be prepared to climb with luggage especially if you’re on the third floor
