One of the most comfortable rooms I’ve stayed in! Great bed, great pillows, and wonderful shower! Very clean and neat and modern. Located right in the old town area and very walkable to many of the local points of interest. Nice large breakfast area. Laundry situation was funky, but no big deal.

It was a terrific place to stay. Great health club and restaurant. Best of all was its manager - Jimmy. He was very generous and thoughtful. Strongly recommend it as a place to stay in the Vancouver/Burnaby area.

Our stay far exceeded our expectations, which were pretty high. Fabulous room, very modern, comfortable and state of the art attention to detail. The bilingual staff were very helpful and available 24/7. The breakfast cost was quite reasonable and of extremely highly quality and very delicious. Location is superb, just a couple blocks from the convention center and the cathedral. It was very safe and easy to get around. Best of all the hotel was hosting a fabulous digital sound and light...

Had an awesome time. We extended our stay here by a day and passed up going to another hotel which was planned for our final day in Canada. Would totally go back here. Ski resorts during non-ski season are great places to visit for hiking. Staff was all great. Parking was right under the hotel. Fast internet. Soo many shops and restaurants there. Would definitely go back!

Side of property is under construction. Staff was helpful and prompt. Restaurant charged $4.00 per “unit” of tiny shrimp, which were overcooked. Restaurant service poor.

We went to Whistler for family ski vacation. Our stay at the Pan Pacific was excellent. Their ski valet and ski locker mountain side was a valuable service. Staff was excellent: helpful, cheerful, invaluable. Would absolutely stay there again.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. I was skeptical at first when I saw the room, but I was extremely satisfied with the taste and the ease of getting food.
Space in the room is exceptional. Felt like home. Ample space for storage which would be hand if families visit.

Owen at the front desk is the best hotel receptionist I've ever met. The rooms were spacious. My kids loved the pool, hot tub, and slide. Close to many good options. Great breakfast and hard-working breakfast staff. Great hotel

This place was great, had excellent views, included breakfast was delicious, and was a walkable distance to many things. The room was nice and clean. It was perfect for our time here and we will stay here again for the next trip to Toronto
