"We arrived to find out there is no hot water, the next day in the morning it was fixed so we could shower but when we returned was the same no hot water. When I called to get assistance the guy who picked up the phone was not professional at all he sounded like bothered by me. A/C was not working and it was very hot in the room, to the A/C we sent a message but they never responded. As a plus the place is located very centrally, you have many places walking distance."

"Great stay on our trip to Madrid. The location is great because it has many great things that are walkable. It is right in front of Grand Via. Amazing dinner options as well. Rooms were amazingly clean and a big breakfast with many different options. Staff members were quick to answer all of our questions, and they were always polite and friendly. Always willing to help us. We will for sure be back when we come back to Madrid. Thank youuu for allowing my family and I to have an amazing stay!! "

"I enjoyed a lovely private room in this hostel with a floor to ceiling window / small balcony overlooking the street and stylish decor. The shower was also nice and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff weren't the friendliest but were helpful when I needed to put food in the fridge, microwave something or store my suitcase, and one of them found me an adapter for my phone charger as well. The location is excellent, just one block from Sol and the Metro station there and walkable to...

"This is an older hotel that has not been upgraded lately. It's location was wonderful - a four minute walk from the Gran Via metro station. And about a six minute walk to the Sol metro station and the main square. It was in the heart of vibrant nightlife, restaurants, shops, etc. Staff was friendly. We would stay here again."
