"The room was clean and comfortable. Our room 7304 had two balconies that over looked the park and faced the palace. We were a 5 minute walk from Grand Via and around the corner from the Principle Pio Metro station. There is a cafe in the lobby, a pool, and a roof top bar. I enjoyed staying here and will stay again."

"Great stay on our trip to Madrid. The location is great because it has many great things that are walkable. It is right in front of Grand Via. Amazing dinner options as well. Rooms were amazingly clean and a big breakfast with many different options. Staff members were quick to answer all of our questions, and they were always polite and friendly. Always willing to help us. We will for sure be back when we come back to Madrid. Thank youuu for allowing my family and I to have an amazing stay!! "

"Our room was amazing with a view of the Madrid skyline, room was perfect. The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is close to a Metro station Noviciado so getting around the City is easy if you want to venture out ! The hotel is a short walk to Gran Vía and all its shops, the a further short walk and you are in Sol. We come to Madrid to see family and would definately recommend a stay here. We will return on our next visit. NB.. if you like a swim the pool is warm ! "
