This was our last hurrah in Spain and we wanted an upscale stay which we got. Hotel and staff are nice. The only quirk is that it requires taking two separate elevators in different parts of the building to get to your room, but no huge deal. Staff and amenities are nice. We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family.

We had a connecting room which was great. Facilities are clean, modern and secure. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Clean. Morning buffet was fantastic. And more importantly the staff !!! Yevgeniy was somehow always available to answer any questions. And all the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Id definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family.
Unfortunately only stayed here one night when I traveled back from Sevilla to catch a non stop flight from Madrid to go back home to the states.Wish I had stayed here the week I spent in Madrid instead of the other hotel I stayed in. The room and amenities were incredible not mention the restaurant on site was amazing. Easily the best tasting food I encountered on my trip 😂 even from well known restaurants.
