Oasis Smart has been our favourite Hotel when i come to Cancun, accesible from the ADO bus terminal; banks across the street, currency exchange, pharmacy and Chedrahui superstore. The room is big; clean, all my basic needs are covered. Me and my wife are always happy to come back! Newly renovated, the correct price. Congratulations to the Concierge Mario, great job done. The ladies at the reception desk, amazing welcoming service attitude, Wendy, Elian and Michelle… i think some of them are on training; very good! Keeping Cancun as a major vacations destination. See you soon Oasis Smart. Time to go back to 🇨🇦 Canada. P.S. The suggestion would be; the mini fridge in the room⭐️

I stayed at this hotel for my anniversary, and it was absolutely beautiful! As a Black woman, I was a little nervous at first, but the staff was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. My room was cleaned every single day, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was a little bland, but there were plenty of options to choose from. The area we stayed in felt very safe, and everything was within walking distance no need for an Uber or bus. There were so many fun things nearby to do and explore. I will definitely be booking again!
