Disappointing, on arrival we were informed that the restaurant , bar and one of the pools were closed for renovations, had we have known this prior to booking we would have booked elsewhere. We were offered a 10% discount only after we requested a reduction. We will go back just disappointing at not being informed.

Not a resort, no restaurants or bar, reception was empty most of the time. The pool was green and the whole complex was virtually empty. Its a long way to anything and the view is nonexistent.

Room was good but very disappointed that pool was not useable and neither was bar or restaurant and there was renovations this was not communicated at the time of booking or any time before we checked in

NO DRINKS OR COFFEE TILL BAR OPENS AT 6PM. OUR WING POOL WAS CLOSED. GUEST DOWNSTAIRS BALCONY SMOKING SO DISTURB US FROM SITTING OUTSIDE Very surprising Wotif charged us full price then hotel charged another full price. After I checked my bank account then I called the hotel but the phone line was not working.. Then I emailed through Wotif site and finally after all that hassle I got the refund from the hotel. Very poor management

Location is bit far, and carpark gate wasn't lock during night make no different to park at the street. Small kitchen is bonus, room was clean ans tidy everyday.

We paid $189 for a 1 night stay in a double room. Upon checking in we questioned the price & does it include breakfast, we were told that it doesn't. We commented that the price was rather expensive without breakfast included, & after some deliberation they included a free buffet breakfast. Upon settling into the room, we then discovered that the TV wasn't working, which we then called reception who sent up a staff member to investigate the issue. The TV was beyond repair at the time & being that the hotel was fully booked, they could not offer a replacement room although they did offer a room close to ours that we could sit in only to watch TV, very unproffessional was our immediate thoughts. An option that we didn't agree to. We also discovered the shower was still covered in soap from the previous guests, so house keeping also lacked on their behalf. The following morning we hoped that our poor experience might be saved by a lovely breakfast, how wrong we were. Very poor selection of food, not to mention the poor quality. Cold hash browns, bacon that was like chewing on leather, fruit juice jugs empty & hardly a staff member to be seen. All in all, it was one of the worst places we have stayed at, especially for what we paid. We have stayed at much cheaper hotels with a much better experience overall. We are very disappointed in our experience & would certainly never stay at this establishment again or recommend it to anyone. 2 stars out of 5 from us.
