My family and I loved this resort. There were five of us, ranging from 3-75 in age, and we all had a blast during the 6 all inclusive nights we were there.
The resort was really well maintained, staff were wonderful, restaurants were better than average for all inclusive, room service was great, and the rooms were very spacious. The gym was also quite spacious, nice and new.
Only a few downsides -
1) There is no onsite walk-up coffee shop that is part of the all-inclusive experience (you have to go to a restaurant or order room/pool service).
2) Guests are SAVAGE with reserving chairs at the pools. Most spots are taken by 9am.
3) Book reservations for dinner in advance!!! There are only two sit down restaurants and it was a big mistake on my part to try to book before we got there, but I didn’t think it would be an issue. The buffets were great but the steakhouse was fully booked and the italian restaurant could only get us reservations a few nights, but only after 8pm. I was not impressed by how the concierge supported me in making reservations or their general reservation process, either.
4) As I mentioned, It’s super family friendly but as a person without kids, I could not in good faith recommend this hotel to someone who was child free or single. Though there is an adults-only pool, there was no night life and things wind down early and if you want to do anything after dinner you would have to leave the resort.
