Great stay, unfortunately had to be cut short. Would definitely stay again
Beautiful rooms with amazing view over the greens and of the Gold Coast sky line. Amazing resort facilities highly recommend the high tea on level 21 and the teppanyaki
Always a great priced stay in a great location. Rooms a bit dated, but good service and amenities.
The resort met all our needs and then some. The water park and playground was a hit with our grandchildren. 6 restaurants and a casual coffee shop was a treat. We had a wonderful time.
Very clean, comfortable and affordable. Great facilities especially to keep the kids entertained.
Very nice golf course location Facilities are well maintained and spacious
the room was very clean and housekeeping did a great job. A lot of choice with eateries and the food was great. Service was exceptional.
Excellent hotel - shame I didn't have my golf gear with me. Only disappointments were (1) the limited breakfast choices, especially as a vegan and I didn't get the bottle of wine (gold award) that was advertised when I made the booking.
I booked this place as a surprise for my very good friend and her daughter to have a relaxing night away - Which we didn’t. First of all, we were supposed to get a complimentary wine at our check-in, which didn’t happen. I asked for the wine at the restaurant but they said I’d need to get a voucher from the reception, which I tried to go to but the gate was broken and I had to go all across the hotel just to get to the reception, while the easiest way was just that the restaurant could contact the reception. The next day, our checkout was at 12 so we just packed part of our things and left a couple of objects, clothes, electronics and food. We went to the pool and went back to the room to get our stuff but the keys were not working. Went to the reception to fix it but again they were not working. When it finally worked, all of our stuff was gone. We communicated that to the reception and they took almost one hour to find our things and still there was some food missing. One of the things gone was an important bunny bear and our little girl got really stressed and sad because she thought she would never see her bunny again as it was a special gift. Trying to solve all this drama, the reception gave us a voucher for a coffee from the cafeteria which then they forgot our coffees after we made our order for more than 30 minutes - of course, that didn’t fix all the problems we had at all. Overall, what we thought was going to be a relaxing experience, was actually very stressful.
The stay was overall very good. Decent room, great service and great facilities. The room cleanliness was certainly not the best I have seen but nor was it the worst. The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. Other than the great service, it was the WORST buffet breakfast I have ever had. I understand that sparse guests means sparse food options; but I am sure they could have added unlimited seasonal (and thus cheap) fruits as an option. I was also frustrated at not being informed beforehand also.
