"N/A for breakfast & bar. Hotel was ok but I wouldn’t stay again just felt dark & drab. We were apparently upgraded but I would definitely not pay the full amount (got a discount from Expedia) view from room looked on to a wall of windows very dark. Checking in staff were lovely."

"I loved my stay here. Staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was positive. Abdulla was able to get me into my room early without any notice as I rolled in on very little sleep. I stayed in a single room. It was comfortable and clean, and the natural light from the window made it feel big enough for what I needed. I’m assuming some rooms do not have a window based on the layout and location of rooms. There is some street noise that I had no issue sleeping though, but if you would rather no window for less noise, an internal room might suit you better. Breakfast was amazing. Location is great and within walking distance of most major sites. I walked everywhere, but it is also close to the tube if you want to venture a bit further."

"Stayed here as a family of four with two kids after an overnight flight from the US to the UK. We tried contacting the hotel in advance about early check-in but got no response. At arrival, we were told to wait as our room wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting about two hours in the lobby with no updates or apology, even after checking with the front desk twice. Other guests were getting their rooms right away, and we were the only ones left waiting, which was frustrating. The front desk was annoyed by me asking if the room was ready or not. Also, the hotel has a metro station entrance directly in the building, which wasn’t clear from the Expedia listing and is not something I would have chosen."

"I had such a great experience at One Hundred Shoreditch. The hotel is super clean, modern, and stylish, and the amenities were even better than expected. The common spaces, breakfast area, and rooftop lounge were all perfect places to unwind. What really made my stay special was the staff they were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’d absolutely recommend staying here."

"Park outside the reception, check in and only then can you get the key code to enter the cavernous underground carpark! The aircon only goes down to 20 degrees C but that was cool enough. The mattress was quite firm which didn’t offer a good nights sleep but that’s me. Breakfast was adequate but no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. You can but a cuppa for £2.75 and pick up a choccy bar for £2 from the various vending machines."
