Nice hotel, good attentive staff, and the rooftop lounge is a great spot. Typical London prices, and not far from Canary Wharf transport links, eateries and shops. Wouldn’t hesitate going there again

Only had one issue, when I arrived and attempted to check in the Reception Desk where unable to find my booking, on checking emails on my phone the receptionist was still unable to find my booking, on further checks my booking was found so after a delay I was able to check in, the rest of the stay was very good, was on floor 20, maybe the room window outside could have done with a clean but inside the room everything was very good

The hotel is very new, clean and comfortable but the staff made promises they couldn’t keep and really put a dampener on the stay. Hotel was arranged as part of a marriage proposal and the hotel was called with a specific request for the room to accompany this. Staff agreed that this would be catered to and not a single aspect of it was. It was very disappointing especially after the hotel had already double charged us on arrival for a prepaid booking

Lovely stay at the Dorsett, very friendly and helpful staff! Room was immaculate however the shower didn't fully close so water did leak a bit when taking a shower. And there was no bin bags in the bins so tea bags made a little mess! Alternative milk would have been appreciated in the room as I dont drink milk however this wasn't expected. Still a 10/10 stay perfect location for the o2 arena and would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Staff helpful, clean hotel booked a deluxe room was the same as a standard room ask reception and was told by a manager it was a deluxe room we were going by the pictures from the booking site and the actual so don't bother wasting money on a deluxe room unless its a corner deluxe , the room we were in was small compared to other hotels we have stayed in around the area and have paid similar rates The tv reception was very poor kept cutting out we did report this when we checked out

This hotel was a gem. Close to Canary Wharf & Heron Quays tube, making it easy to get around. The staff were fantastic - welcoming and extremely helpful. The Saturday I arrived was the last hot, hot day of the heatwave so I made sure the air conditioning was on before heading out. When I got back, it was clear the A/C wasn't working. Phoned down to front desk to ask if I was doing something wrong when setting it. They sent someone 5 mins later who declared it wasn't working. They immediately swapped my room to one with working A/C. So, after a fab shower, had a very good night's sleep. The A/C is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Overall, an excellent hotel, great value for money and very helpful & friendly staff. Thank you. I will be back! 😊
